1) DOCUMENTS:
All clients, adults and children, checking into the Hotel or in the apartments have to show an identity document.
A credit card is also required in order to guarantee the accommodation. Checking into the hotel for reservations on line, it may be requested the final payment of the stay.
Clients who have booked through travel agencies, tour operators or online, have to show the booking voucher.
2) ROOMS OR APARTMENTS:
CHECK-IN: AFTER 15:00 PM
CHECK-OUT: BEFORE 10:00 AM
SUPPLEMENTARY FEE: if room is vacated after the scheduled time of check-out
3) APARTMENTS:
The days of arrival and departure are free; midweek arrivals and departures or those deferred from booking date, as well as the added cost of stay, a supplementary fee of 15% could also be applied.
4) CANCELLATION POLICY:
NO PENALTY, FROM 21 DAYS BEFORE the date of arrival.
Cancellation of stay from 20 to 8 working days before the date of arrival: 30% of cost of stay will be charged.
Cancellation of stay from 7 to 1 working days before the date of arrival: 50% of cost of stay will be charged.
In case of No Show: 100% of cost of stay will be charged.
5) ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE:
Penalty of 50% of the cost for the missed days.
6) CANCELLATION AND RECONFIRMATION:
If cancellation is immediately substituted by a new booking for a later date, no penalty will be applied and the client’s deposit will be kept by the Hotel. The client will be given a fiscal receipt to be used as confirmation for the new stay.
7) PETS:
Pets, maximum 7 kg, are allowed in the hotel rooms and in the apartments with a daily supplementary fee and with an extra charge for the final cleaning. Pets are excluded from common-use indoor and outdoor areas (especially in the breakfast room, fitness room and swimming pool). Pets must not be left unattended in rooms, apartments or in the balconies.
8) PAYMENTS:
Credit card (American Express, Visa, JCB, Mastercard, Bancomat (ATM card).
In cash (max Euro 3.000,00).

Bank cheques are not accepted.
9) WARNING:
Clients of the apartments have to pay a deposit of euro 150,00 at check-in. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay after the condition of the apartments, the equipment and furniture have been checked for damage.
10)SERVICES NON-WORKING DISCOUNT :
3 % for every day of failure (e.g. air conditional) in room or in apartments
11) COMPETENT COURT
For every controversy, the competent court is in Bergamo and the italian version of the present regulation is undisputable.
